Q: Who or what is your inspiration?
A: My inspiration comes from my grandmother's cooking and the local products of my childhood

Q: How long have you been cooking?
A: Six years

Q: What motivated you to get into Food Sport?
A: I played rugby competitively and when I finished my career, I wanted to participate in food sports competitions.

Q: How many times have you competed at WFC?
A: Two times

Q: What is the name of the dish you won your category with at the 2023 WFC?
A: It was the "All-in Burger"

Q: Can you tell us a little about that dish?
A: It was a nod to the film "Pulp Fiction" and the burger that Samuel L. Jackson eats, which is made with pineapple. I then made a spicy pineapple ketchup.

Q: What do you like most about competing in WFC?
A: The conviviality and spirit of friendship.

Q: What was the biggest challenge you faced at WFC?
A: The next challenge - Final Table

Q: What would a Final Table win mean to you?
A: It will be incredible for me. It will be a consecration for me

A: It’s an incredible experience that can change your life.
