With over 15 years of experience exploring Asia and drawing inspiration from its culinary richness, I’ve built a career as both a passionate chef and a hands-on entrepreneur. Over the past 17 years, I’ve opened five successful restaurants in Paris, each reflecting my deep love for Asian cuisine. Along the way, I’ve earned several distinctions—including Paris's best burger 2016, France’s Best Burger in 2017, Entrepreneur of the Year 2021, Marketing of the Year 2021. Beyond the kitchen, I’ve also managed performance venues and event spaces, constantly seeking new creative challenges. Whether running a kitchen or directing an entire establishment, I’ve always embraced a multidisciplinary approach—blending food, business, and experience design.
