I'm of native of Oxford Ms, and an Ole Miss Alumni with a B.S. in hospitality management. My first restaurant job was Doe's Eat Place in Oxford. I then participated in the MAP program hosted by the Beau Rivage in Biloxi MS. For six months I trained under most of their Chefs. Afterwards, I was promoted to sous chef of their night club, and deli. I helped open a restaurant called the Caboose in McComb, MS. Then I returned to the gulf coast as production cook for Carter Green steakhouse at the Islandview Casino and resort. Within my 10 years at the Island view I've been promoted to sous chef, and then later promoted to Chef of their restaurant called Prime Cut which is where I still stand. I have been Jackie Seavey's sous chef throughout many of her culinary competitions (including WFC) for about 5 years. I am now excited to say, I am registered in WFC!
