Laura is an award-winning home cook who was influenced by her father's sudden passing to shift the pain of his loss into a purpose, which culminated into what she calls, "Food that makes you feel good!" Developing "home-style" recipes to help shift eating habits away from the drive-thrus and into the dining rooms, Laura is on a mission to raise awareness of the amazing difference that cooking can make in your (and your loved one's) life. Known for her vivid color photography cookbooks, Laura is also thrilled to have authored a special children's book that lets little ones in on the secret of "super powers" that help them grow taller, stronger, and smarter hiding in fresh foods. With a focus on making a positive difference in the lives of others, Laura is humbled, honored, and excited to have earned a GOLDEN TICKET to compete at the 2025 World Food Championships
